Modern Production —
Made in Germany
HST develops and manufactures all products in Germany in cooperation with qualified early-stage suppliers. Production facilities for machines, systems, and electrical engineering are organised as lean functional units — supported by modern production technologies and highly trained craftsmen.
State-of-the-Art Facility — Ramsbach
At HST's new production facility in Ramsbach, near headquarters in Meschede, all stainless steel products for the machine and process engineering division are manufactured and assembled to the highest standard. The facility holds a "Major Suitability" certificate per DIN 18800 Class D, and includes a pickling plant for surface treatment of large-area structures.
Flexible, with Short Lead Times
HST's manufacturing, assembly, and continuous quality assurance processes enable short delivery times and high flexibility — a solid foundation for on-time and cost-reliable construction. All design services use Solid Edge with Synchronous Technology.
Flexible Standards — System Technology Principle
By using industrial standards, interfaces, ready-made modules, and process flows, HST manufactures individually on a project-by-project basis — with significantly lower individual production costs. Clients receive individually tailored, high-quality products at near-series-production pricing.
