From Heinrichsthal to
the World
At our headquarters in Heinrichsthal, Ramsbach, Hanshtatten, and Schlingen, 215 employees focus on digitalisation in municipal infrastructure β developing solutions for the structures and processes of the water industry.
Just a few years after the company was founded in 1981, HST shareholders focused on IT and automation alongside machine technology. The products developed for operational data processing and management are now installed in approximately 1,000 municipalities nationwide in Germany alone.
Our portfolio covers technologies in the form of machines and systems, as well as IT and automation for key operations and monitoring of water stations, wastewater treatment plants, stormwater basins, pumping stations, and flood protection facilities.

China Expansion β Smart Water Basins
In China, HST water management solutions are playing an increasingly special role. Several hundred thousand stormwater retention basins are to be built there according to the German model β equipped with HST's networked machine and IT technology, achieving greater efficiency than conventional methods.

Modern Production β
Made in Germany
HST develops and manufactures all products in Germany in cooperation with qualified early-stage suppliers. Production facilities for machines, systems, and electrical engineering are organised as lean functional units β supported by modern production technologies and highly trained craftsmen.
State-of-the-Art Facility β Ramsbach
At HST's new production facility in Ramsbach, near headquarters in Meschede, all stainless steel products for the machine and process engineering division are manufactured and assembled to the highest standard. The facility holds a "Major Suitability" certificate per DIN 18800 Class D, and includes a pickling plant for surface treatment of large-area structures.
Flexible, with Short Lead Times
HST's manufacturing, assembly, and continuous quality assurance processes enable short delivery times and high flexibility β a solid foundation for on-time and cost-reliable construction. In addition to our own products, individual contract manufacturing in sheet metal processing and auxiliary construction is also performed. All design services use Solid Edge with Synchronous Technology.
Flexible Standards β System Technology Principle
By using industrial standards, interfaces, ready-made modules, and process flows, HST manufactures individually on a project-by-project basis at only slightly higher cost than a standard product β but with significantly lower individual production costs. The result: clients receive individually tailored, high-quality products at near-series-production pricing.
